LEW Coordination
For electrical works requiring a Licensed Electrical Worker.
PE / QP Coordination
For structural, hacking or civil requirements where professional endorsement is applicable.
Fire Safety / FSC
Coordination with the relevant QP for fire-safety plans, SCDF processes and Fire Safety Certificate requirements where applicable.
Licensed Plumber
Coordination for sanitary and plumbing submissions where the statutory scope requires it.
Professional endorsements and statutory submissions are carried out by the appropriately licensed professional appointed for the relevant scope. SK Ang does not represent itself as the LEW, PE, QP or licensed plumber unless separately and specifically appointed/qualified for that scope.
